This equates to 0.8666 weeks per year.A work week is 38 hours.To work out the pro-rata accrual we divide 0.8666 by 52, which equals 1.666% of hours worked.Because you accrue leave when on leave, make sure you include the leave pay items in your pay item group used to calculate the entitlement.A full time employee can accrue a weeks LSL each week being 0.8666 * 38 / 52 = 0.6662 hours.
