AccountTek is a fully featured accounting system enhanced for the requirements of booking agencies or any organisation acting as an agent between talent and their clients. 

It manages the normal accounting functions through to producing financial statements as well as maintaining a talent ledger and loadings ledger for usage charges. The talent ledger is used to keep track of and assist the talent in managing their finances. 

It tracks superannuation paid on their behalf, PAYG deduction withheld by clients and GST paid and charged on miscellaneous expenses. 

Each invoice charged to a client generates a payment due to the talent automatically. Agency commission is automatically deducted as well as PAYG if appropriate. 

Detailed reports are generated for each talent account detailing jobs and commissions deducted.

AccountTek can be run standalone or interfaced with ModelTek, our booking system for managing talent.
